Revolution offers training in Jiu Jitsu (Ju Jitsu), Revolution Kickboxing training is comprised of Muay Thai, Burmese Boxing, and Western Boxing. Revolution offers training in Mixed Martial Arts, a fusion of striking and grappling arts drawing from a mix of Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Judo and Submission. The Renegade Training program, for strength and conditioning, focuses on the teachings and principles taught by John Davies. Kid's martial arts classes, modified and goal oriented for children.
